Living on the River

I have never lived on a river before. Lakes yes…. A few of them… I love lakes.

Every Day is different on a River. I suppose if I was in the right phase I could say that every day is different no matter where I am. But I can’t see that quickly.
Rivers move quickly. Every moment is a new one. I never thought of how much I would love that about this place.

I like that about Obama as well. If you know what has to be done… just do it…. Don’t wait for the political time. You cannot fool the American people. This country has much to accomplish and accomplish quickly. Action… I like action…

Rivers are full of Action. They move and undulate every passenger from insect to fish to fowl.

I am sure that one of the many draws to fly-fishing is the action…. The quickness of the river… the unevenness of the rocks and the antics of the fish are all enthralling. There is honesty about the river.

Small towns are no place for huge egos. Like small creeks can’t hold many big fish. Woody Creek is a small town that has huge egos. I am sick and tired of them. Makes me want to go sit next to the river. Makes me want to go fishing.

I just want people to do what they tell me they are going to do. It drives me fucking nuts to have people tell me shit that I know is just bull. I can’t stand being lied to. I can’t stand being around people who just tell you what they think your want to hear. It just makes me want to go fishing.

Living on a River allows time to speed by….slow down…. Stop…. Whatever your preference.
