The vision thing

I need to hear from Obama a vision encompassing all the “change” he feels is needed during his term of office.

This is important so that we do not attack each issue without considering all the related issues.

The new health care bill raises money through various taxes without any consideration for the tax structure as a whole and what changes might be need to encourage growth, raise revenues, and give more relief to the middle class.

Obama is considering the addition of more troops in Afghanistan. Is he also considering how to pay for them? Is he thinking of the end game in that country?

Our economy continues to stagnate with high unemployment. Is the administration thinking through the differing ways of dealing with the short and the long term solutions. Tax policy, monetary policy, the value of the dollar, education policy, regulations, and environmental policy to mention a few could all have some effect. Or.... we could just throw more money at it.

I can get behind a vision. Lets see it.
